Copper Cuff Bracelet with Onyx

There is something about the color black with copper metal......they accent one another perfectly. I have created this cuff from copper sheet metal. I also cut an oval embellishment and added a bezel for the onyx stone.

My copper has been embossed with a design using a texture plate and rolling mill. I have hammered the bracelet to an anti-clastic shape and have given it an oxidized patina. To protect the finish, I have given it a clear coat of jewelry lacquer.
