This necklace begins with my Acid Etched copper pendant. I added a bee design with Paris wording. I then hammered to a convex shape, gave the pendant an oxidized patina and a clear coat of jewelry lacquer to protect. I have added this pendant to a strand of Ancient Cellar Red Agate 6mm beads accented with deep copper colored glass Czech beads. I then added a wired second strand of handmade chain using agate and Czech beads.
I then added the beaded section and pendant to 1.5mm black leather cord tied with loops using "snake knots", accented with copper beads. The final addition to this necklace is a electro formed copper bee charm measuring 1 inch x 1 inch.
The overall length of this necklace is 24 inches.
